ENROLMENT

The student is required to complete all sections of the enrolment form and send it to the school together with a receipt for payment of the enrolment fee of L.210.000, EURO 108.46 (non-refund-able), and a passport photograph. The enrolment is to reach the school 20 days prior to the course. After which it is however possible to enrol by telephoning or faxing the school. The enrolment fee includes welcome pack, placement test, course books, certificate of attendance, and insurance.

Payment for the course: the course fee is to be paid by the end of the first day of the course, either by means of a bank transfer or by direct payment to the school office. Type of payment:
   - international bank cheque; eurocheque; cash

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Minimum age: Students under 18 years of age will be accepted with the written consent of their parents.
Medical Assistance: Students from countries which are part of the European Union have the right to receive free medical assistance in Italy. We strongly advise students of other countries to arrange for medical assistance before leaving home.
Cancellation of courses: The school reserves the right to cancel any course in which fewer than three students have enrolled.
Early withdrawal from courses: Should a student for any reason leave the course before the prescribed time, no fees will be reimbursed.
Expulsion: The school reserves the right to expel from the course and accommodation any student who, after a first warning, persists in unacceptable behaviour.
Absence from course: Lessons missed because of absences from courses can not be made up.
Public Holidays: On public holidays the school will be closed. Lessons missed on these occasions will not be made up.
Cancellation by students: The decision to withdraw from a course must be sent to the school by registered letter or telegram before the beginning of the course. If the cancellation is received 20 days before the beginning of the course, the enrolment fee will remain valid for three months. The enrolment fee is not refundable.
Continuation of courses: Once at the school it is possible for students, by arrangement with the school office, to extend their proposed stay in Lucca in order to continue with courses. It is also possible to change from a 20 hour course to a combined one.
